In fact, you can get a $20,000 Home Equity loan for as little as $150 per month!

Option 1: Get a 2.99% APR for 12 months, then just Prime + 0.5% after (currently 3.75%) and a flat-fee closing of $350*.

Option 2: Get a 3.75% APR (Prime + 0.5%) for life and no closing costs*.
