SSTS must be able to train effectively both individually and in a team setting. Proven sales background is a requirement, with an ability to technically train and emotionally motivate employees to succeed in their individual cross-selling abilities. Creativity and flexibility are critical elements to the training process, and candidate must demonstrate aptitude in both areas. SSTS is responsible for effectively teaching areas of sales, member service, credit union operations, fraud prevention, and compliance to each respective employee. SSTS also performs Administrative functions as directed by management team. P/T Member Sales & Service Representative MSSRs must be well-versed in all financial products. Previous financial background is not required, but ability to learn and effectively communicate features and benefits of WSCU products is a must. MSSRs should seek out every opportunity to cross-sell and enroll additional services for members. Candidates must also demonstrate ability to effectively manage time, resources and personal ability to provide outstanding member service.
