F/T Member Sales & Service Representative Member Sales & Service Representatives (tellers) are the primary contact point for our members and the hub of their financial interactions with WSCU.  MSSRs should be enthusiastic and outgoing, and must be able to listen for, recognize, and act on opportunities to assist members in their financial well-being; including offering financial products as appropriate to members’ needs. MSSRs must be well-versed in all financial products.  Previous financial background is not required, but ability to learn and effectively communicate features and benefits of WSCU products is a must. MSSRs should seek out every opportunity to cross-sell and enroll additional services for members.  Candidates must also demonstrate ability to effectively manage time, resources and personal ability to provide outstanding member service.
